The Canon Triplex immediately fascinated me. The painted musical riddle shows both the genius and the playfulness of Bach. I visualized the forever continuing canon. The shape is unusual for a medal. It is a fluent movement in space, like music is a fluent movement in time. A good medal invites you to play, so that we get to know the shape by touch.
